EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: Four generations of the Trumps gather for lunch in New York City as Ivanka coos over her 93-year-old grandmother and Don Jr pushes her wheelchair, accompanied by his ex-wife Vanessa

• The Trump children gathered at Altesti, an Italian restaurant on the Upper East Side, on Monday afternoon
• They were joined by their mother Ivana and her mother, 93-year-old Marie Zelnickova 
• Also there was Don Jr's ex-wife Vanessa who he finalized his divorce from late last year 
• She toted a Happy Birthday gift bag, likely containing a present for Marie whose birthday was this month
• It is unclear how long she has been in the US; Ivana fled Czechoslovakia under a sham marriage in 1976

• The Trump children gathered on Tuesday for a special meal, seemingly in honor of their maternal grandmother's birthday, in New York City.  
  Don Jr., Ivanka and Eric were all spotted piling into Altesi restaurant on Manhattan's East 64th street with their mother, Ivanka, and her mother, Marie Zelnickova, who turned 93 earlier this month.  
  Don Jr. was accompanied by his estranged wife Vanessa and their young daughter Chloe but neither Ivanka nor Eric's spouses were seen among the party.
  Earlier on Tuesday afternoon, Ivanka's security detail was seen putting a gift bag in the back of her car. At the reataurant, Vanessa was seen toting three gift bags, a large one which had 'Happy Birthday' written on it, and two smaller bags.
  
  
  
   
  It came in between a busy day of official business for the First Family which included Donald Jr. attending the UN General Assembly. 
  Ivanka was fresh-faced and wore an elegant cream suit. She had been spotted leaving her New York apartment earlier in the day with husband Jared Kushner.
