MELANIA TRUMP’s sister has lifted the lid on her close bond with the First Lady.
Ines Knauss, an artist, is very private about her personal life. But Ms Knauss has shared a number of adorable photos on her Instagram of Mrs Trump as a child. She was also the maid of honour when Melania married US President Donald Trump at Palm Beach in 2005.he two sisters sketched clothing designs for their mother, Amalija to make, GQ reported.
A friend told the magazine: “Melania never wore anything from the store.”
Ms Knauss continued with the passion and became an artist after trying to get into fashion design.
Melania would also go home to be with her sister after modelling shoots.
The unnamed source told GQ: “She didn’t drink, didn’t party, didn’t smoke.
“Even after she met Jerko (photographer) and began dabbling in modelling, she preferred to go home
after work, to be with her equally quiet and reserved sister.”
Ms Knauss currently lives in a Park Avenue apartment owned by the Trump organisation, according
to the New York Post.
Milan-based fashion designer Luisa Beccaria told the paper: “Ines is a very dedicated sister.”
“Even after she met Jerko (photographer) and began dabbling in modelling, she preferred to go home
after work, to be with her equally quiet and reserved sister.”
Ms Knauss currently lives in a Park Avenue apartment owned by the Trump organisation, according
to the New York Post.

She has shared pictures of Melania celebrating her first birthday along with another of Melania and Amalija.
Ms Knauss has also celebrated Melania’s modelling career by sharing striking snaps of the First Lady.
She captioned the pictures: “Childhood” or “Monday memories”.
Ms Knauss received American citizenship last year according to reports.
