MELANIA TRUMP welcomed Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan to the White House yesterday and fans believed there was something more going on.
The First Lady beamed in a series of
photos next to the leader as Twitter users joked she has a “crush” on
him. Fans were quick to suggest Melania was stood rather close to Mr Khan
who didn’t bring his wife with him on the visit. Many of them focused
on her smile and insisted it’s the happiest she’s ever been.
While another added: “Marry her if she looks at you like Melania Trump looks at Imran Khan.”
A third said: “Why is Melania closer to Khan than Trump?”
But the First Lady is happily married to the US President Donald Trump.
The couple are very unlikely to separate and have shown no signs of divorcing.
The joke comes after US President Donald Trump held important discussions with Mr Khan about the Afghanistan war.
Trump voiced optimism that Mr Khan could help broker a political settlement to end the nearly 18-year-old US war in Afghanistan and held out the possibility of restoring aid to Islamabad.
Trump said: “I think Pakistan is going to help us out to extricate ourselves.”

Her place jumped seven places to receive the third-best title behind former First Lady Michelle Obama and Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Hillary Clinton dropped four places and came in as the eighth most admired out of the list of 10.
