Joe Biden Just Hit a Wall With Blue Collar Voters, He’s Toast

Former Vice President and current 2020 hopeful Joe Biden just hit a wall when it comes to blue collar voters, and the wall is called President Trump.
Biden has always considered blue collar workers to be his natural constituency but it turns out the President now “owns” that group because of his successful economic policies.
This is bad news for Joe Biden and could spell the end for his 2020 hopes.
After all, if he can’t win among the middle class, who will support him? Certainly not the progressive left.
The Washington Examiner has more:

In a survey of key battleground states conducted after Biden entered the 2020 Democratic primary, Trump not only has a 46%-44% edge, but he has a 26-point lead among non-college educated workers earning $75,000 or less, considered the blue-collar base and a Biden target.

What’s more, the battleground state survey from WPA Intelligence showed that Trump does better with Biden’s other main support group, older voters, and has a 48%-44% lead over Biden in Florida, dubbed the Democrat’s “firewall.”

“Biden may be a blue-collar guy, but that doesn’t mean the policies of the left or the Democratic brand will suddenly recover with blue-collar voters,” said WPA Intelligence CEO Chris Wilson.

“President Trump has done a good job both rhetorically, and with policy, making it clear that he cares about working class Americans to the extent that these voters should be considered Trump base voters,” added Wilson.

While it’s certainly still early in the 2020 race and polls this far out are often unreliable it sure looks like Biden will not be the Democratic party’s nominee.
He’s lost the trust of the base of voters he was most counting on to propel him to the Democrat party’s nomination.

Democrat voters have moved too far to the left, and Biden is now too white, too old and not socialist enough to be relevant.
